Galatas - Aderes
Galatas: Galatas is a town on the coast of the Peloponnese opposite the port of Poros, and it is the seat of the municipality of Troizinia. Small boats and ferry boats operate regular services that connect Galatas and Poros. Cafés and local restaurants at the waterfront in Galatas are a popular tourist destination. They provide a beautiful view of the traditional settlement of Poros. The famous Lemon Tree Forest is situated at a short distance from Galatas. The forest is an area filled with lemon trees and orange trees. Galatas has a population of 2,592 permanent residents.

Aderes, a mountain range (altitude: 721 meters) over Galatas. The view from the top is breathtaking. In antiquity, the mountain range was called Mount Forvantio.
